I only remember once when my Dad stayed home from work and the whole family got really nervous because he never missed a day. I remember my sister and I talking about what possible could be wrong with him. We were convinced it was a really bad illness but actually turned out to be a really bad respiratory infection.
Dad travelled around the world and taught my sister and I a valuable lesson that served both of us well in the years to come. That all people were to be respected no matter where they lived or what they did for a job. No one was better than the other. It gave me an understanding that carried through to my work and probably what made me want to work with people so much. I enjoy talking to anyone and everyone because there is always something to be learned.
Just by watching Dad you learned that you work hard and when you get home you enjoy your family as much as possible. That you should every take for granted that you have a job because there is someone else that does not.
John Price made me who I am today …Thank you Dad!
