I am not saying all reviews are not legitimate but when a review of your resume comes back and states you should not list that you were an entrepreneur or self- employed as it would prevent you from getting a job, I say.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Plus they give no solution so are they saying it is better to leave a gap of ten years? Entrepreneurship or self-employment shows initiative, overall knowledge of a company and win or lose that you had the guts to take a chance. I do not know about you but these are qualities as a former recruiter that I did and still do admire.
My point is be careful and do not believe everything that is told to you. Research and find out what may be right or wrong. If you cannot talk to a real person until you submit your information and pay then I say think twice. If a company
promises you a job or you will get your money back and it sounds too good to be true then be careful.
I do not want to offend any of my fellow colleagues out there because the majority of resume writing professionals are TRUE professionals, however, I do care about you and that you get a fair deal.
Have a great evening! Sue
